These terms and conditions apply every time you visit WWW.VIAJACONLAIA.COM, its subdomains (hereinafter "viajaconlaia.com"), and when you access, use or enjoy the digital services "Tour Escape" (hereinafter "T.E.") provided by Viaja con Laia Salvador Pujol SL (hereinafter "VIAJA CON LAIA."), you accept the Terms and Conditions presented here. So please read them carefully.

These Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and regulated under the Law of Spain.
General Condictions
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to the offer and sale of T.E. services through the website VIAJACONLAIA.COM, an e-commerce website accessible on the internet and open, in principle, to any user of the network. The user may browse the various pages of the website, as well as purchase the services offered.
In accordance with the provisions of Article five of Organic Law 15/1999, we inform you that the data collected in these forms will be part of the VIAJA CON LAIA data file. The purpose of the information collected will be for the management of your purchase orders, as well as the performance of any commercial activity. The information collected for the management of the purchase order may be shared with third parties (for more details, see the "Payment Methods" section) as necessary for technical reasons for the functionality of the services.
VIAJA CON LAIA reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information on this website and its configuration without notice. In the same way, it may fully or partially suspend its dissemination and modify the structure or content of it without prior notice. Likewise, it reserves the right to modify at any time the terms, conditions and communications based on which this website is offered.

VIAJA CON LAIA does not guarantee that the Services can be used if the user uses a pop-up blocker, in which case it will be necessary to disable this function before using the Services.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that he has everything necessary to access VIAJACONLAIA.COM (including fees from the internet provider and the mobile internet provider and everything related to access). VIAJA CON LAIA will not assume any responsibility if the page or its services do not work as they should through mobile services or similar services currently or in the future available.

The prices of the services shown INCLUDE VAT and are current unless there is a typographical error.
The characteristics and prices of the services may change without prior notice.
Offers are valid while they appear on the website.
The reservation is closed once the price of the service has been paid.
The availability of the services may change without prior notice.
I commit to accepting the reservation to follow the rules of the game and appropriate behavior norms.
I agree that photographic material may be used for promotion on social networks.
Freetour: The tours that can be booked through viajaconlaia.com are products of the professional guides who conduct them. VIAJACONLAIA selects the guides and tours that it presents on its portals and supports them so that the quality of the customer experience is the best, but it is not directly responsible for the activities and information disclosed in the freetours.
Right of admission: People under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or with inappropriate behavior may be rejected before or during the tour by the guide.
Organization of freetours: VIAJA CON LAIA's role within the freetours is that of an intermediary between the guides who offer a tourist service and the public interested in this activity.
T.E. reservations: On the website, only those reservations will be accepted with at least 2 hours left until the end of the activity, that is, at 5:00 PM on the same day.
T.E. tours:
The route and activity of the T.E. take place in a public space, which access may be limited by the competent authorities at any time and the limitation is outside the control of VIAJA CON LAIA. Refunds for the activity in case of impossibility of access to the tour due to force majeure are at the discretion of VIAJA CON LAIA, following timely communication (on the same day as the T.E.) and documentation of the objective impediment for the use of the T.E.
Execution of the T.E.: VIAJA CON LAIA is not responsible in any case for the damages to people and/or things that may occur during the use of viajaconlaia.com and T.E. services, as a result of the participants' actions and following the indications indicated on it.
Any indication of activity present in the T.E. must be carried out in full compliance with local legislation and under autonomous responsibility since it is not a guided visit or activity.
Changes and Cancellation of Reservations:
It is not possible to cancel the reservation.
No refunds will be accepted unless if requested with a 48 hours' notice.
A change of date is allowed with 24 hours' notice and only once.
With less than 24 hours' notice from the time of your reservation, a change of date will not be possible.
If for technical or other reasons VIAJA CON LAIA cannot provide its services, affected reservations may be offered alternative dates or the current fees will be refunded, according to the user's preference.
Payment Methods:
Credit card. You can conveniently pay with your credit card and without risks thanks to the Payment Gateway (or virtual POS). It is a system that guarantees the security of your online transactions, since when you have to enter your card details, you will do it through the secure server, which has powerful technology to protect your data. In particular, the Payment Gateway and payment data are managed by external providers: Regiondo GMBH and Stripe, Inc. It is important to note that, as card details are communicated via a secure connection, we (nor anyone other than the bank) have direct access to such data, and they cannot be stored in our database.
Miscellaneous:
You are responsible for taking necessary precautions to ensure that the service obtained from VIAJACONLAIA.COM is free from viruses or other harmful components. You accept the fact that the Viajaconlaia Cityscape service may be interrupted or contain errors, that defects may not be corrected, or that VIAJACONLAIA.COM or its server may not be free of viruses, errors, spyware, Trojans, or similar malicious software. Viajaconlaia is not responsible for any damage to your computer hardware or software or other technology, including but not limited to damage caused by security failures or viruses, errors, falsifications, fraud, omission, interruption, defect, transmission or operation failure, line failure, network or any other technical failure.
We reserve the right to modify, correct or change these terms at any time and without prior notice.
When this happens, we will post the changes on this page.
If you do not accept the changes to the terms, you should stop using VIAJACONLAIA.COM immediately. If you use it after changes have been made, we will assume that you accept and respect them.
If, for any reason, any of these conditions is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court of jurisdiction, because any term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it will be erased and removed from these conditions, although the rest will remain in force and will continue to be binding and enforceable.
The Conditions establish the agreement between VIAJA CON LAIA and you regarding your use of the website and replace all prior agreements that have been established between us (whether written or oral). Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for misrepresentation or falsehood.
No failure or delay on our part in exercising any right, power or privilege included in these Conditions shall be construed as a waiver of such right or as an acceptance of any changes to the Conditions, nor shall the individual or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege by either party be deemed to exclude any future use of that right, power or privilege.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
This contract is governed by Spanish Law. Any disputes arising from the validity, interpretation, execution, termination or other circumstances of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
